Make me

I have to get up in less than four hours. I wish I could sleep...oh God, I wish I could sleep! I mean, I feel tired, but I just toss and turn and eventually land on the yeti, which is highly uncomfortably, especially when you get a plastic eye in your back and a nose up the butt.

Earlier tonight I started reading Lord of the Rings yet again. Last time I tried, I only read FotR before stopping. And since you can't just start from TTT, I started at the very beginning yet again. And this time I'm reallllly enjoying it. And while I don't really picture the actors, I hear their voices. It's odd...

This afternoon I finally returned the movies that were due yesterday, and slipped into Hallmark. After wandering around aimlessly, I finally settled on a little stuffed bunny, a tiny book about Virgos, and a Disney princess pencil set for April's Easter basket. So now I just have to go to Loblaws and buy candy and chocolate and [hopefully] a basket. I'm going to email her roommate Andi, and see if I can smuggle the basket into their suite a few days before, and then get Andi to leave it outside April's door for Easter morning. Hopefully it'll go off unhitched.

And then coming back from the great outdoors, I was deep in thought about nothing in particular when I thought I saw Melissa. It kind of made me go "Huh...?" until I took a closer look. It most definitely was not Melissa, as this girl had baaaad hair, look really, really angry and was sucking on a cigarette like Lij on Dom. Why I thought it could even be Melissa, I don't know. Seeing as she's in Waterloo and all...
