Earlier today I was getting catalogues ready for routing, and opening new boxes and putting them on my catalogues shelf for a later date. I'm happily working away, when all of a sudden, there's a huge KABOOOOM and I'm left standing in a mountainous landslide of publisher's catalogues, subject headings books, and books to be processed. Coworkers came running, thinking someone had been crushed by a wayward filing cabinet, and found me standing in my lake holding that one catalogue that broke the camel's back.
So instead of doing the ordering I meant to do this morning, I wound up sifting through hundreds of catalogues and putting things back in order. Apparently yesterday someone fell down the stairs, and there was a lost child.
At least I'm taking this afternoon off. I don't think my nerves could handle anything else happening around here.

Eeww. I would probably cry if that happened to me right now.
Heh, I managed to laugh. Probably only because I managed a good night's sleep and had had a cup of coffee.
Normally, I would have been curled into the fetal position on the floor wailing.
