One good thing about being unemployed is that it's given me time to catch up on my reading. I read 8 books last month alone, and it feels wonderful.

I'm in the middle of Helter Skelter by Vincent Bugliosi, which is the prosecuting attorney's account of the Manson Family killings. I'm enjoying it, but taking it slowly because if I read too much of it in a day I have weird Manson themed dreams.

I just finished my re-read of the Anne of Green Gables series, and think I may re-read Pat of Silverbush and Mistress Pat next. I think I've started myself on a L. M. Montgomery kick.
