Our neighbours across the hall are yelling at each other again. They're foreign--possibly East Indian--and constantly talk at the top of their voices in whatever non-English language they speak. It's difficult to discern whether it's true angry yelling or talking yelling. Right now I think she's on the phone, talking yelling interspersed with maniacal laughter. No matter how loud the television is, it never seems to quite drown it out. It's irritating this constant stream of babbling...maybe if it were English I wouldn't mind so much, because then I could listen in.
