Ah, Valentine's Day. While I can't stand the damned thing, and not just because I'm single, I decided to half assed celebrate it.
So I bought my roommate a couple boxes of Pop Tarts and wrapped them in leftover Christmas paper, and stuck one of my Lord of the Rings valentines on top. And dammit if the smile on her face didn't melt my icey heart a bit.
I still have to put something together for April...I hadn't planned on it, but I know she's doing something for me.
I think I'll spend tomorrow evening with boyfriends Aragorn, Boromir, Merry, Pippin, etc., etc...we've been seeing each other for quite some time, so it's a little predictable but always enjoyable.
