I spent an hour and a half yesterday making a miniature backpack out of felt for my stuffed wool bunny. I feel dirty, and yet sort of proud of myself because it turned out really well, complete with a button so the flap stays closed. Bellan jokingly told me to make it, which he now denies and claims it was all my idea.

I also wasted at least 4 hours yesterday playing Harvest Moon: Friends of Mineral Town. It's a farming game, and possibly more addictive than Tetris. Good thing I have rechargeable batteries, or else I'd be singlehandedly supporting the Energizer company.

I'm less than 200 pages away from finishing Helter Skelter, woo! I'm still enjoying it, but I just want to finish the damned thing. I don't really want to start a new book before we got to Marathon, so I'll probably reread The Blue Castle by L. M. Montgomery.

The Blue Castle is one of my favourites, Heather. Let me know what you think of it, k?

I've read it before, but it's been a good two years so I don't remember much.

I'll let you know!
