Bellan and I joined the 21st century yesterday and got our first cellphones. Yippee! Now I feel so cool and with it, even though I'm not. We got a basic couples plan for $35 a month, and our two phones cost us a whopping $12. Neither one of use wanted or needed a fancy phone, so we got a couple of the more basic models that you can really only use to call people and have cameras.

Yesterday I bought the original 1974 version of The Wicker Man for $14, woo. I haven't seen the remake, I'm waiting for the DVD because I refused to pay that much to watch a piece of shit. I mean really, Nicholas Cage? His face is scary enough, but they changed the movie all around and it looks terrible. There is no way that Ellen Burstyn will be better or even as good as the super creepy Christopher Lee.

I meant to watch the premiere of Ugly Betty last night but forgot, boo. America Ferrara is too cute, and I wasn't irritated by the constant promos on CityTV. I'm downloading it now, so we'll see.
